New overviews
Sent emails
A new overview provides insight into which emails have been sent automatically by Formdesk. Think of notifications to yourself, automatic replies to respondents, group messages or workflow messages.
You can open this overview from popup-menuĀ two points:
- From the forms overview, to view the sent messages for a form
- From the results overview, to view the sent messages for a specific input.
You can filter if you want, for example, by date or email address.

Please note: Since these emails may contain parts of completed forms, only messages from forms for which you have unlimited read access to the results will be shown.
Invoices
In the new user menu (top right of the screen) you will now find a new invoice overview. This clearly lists all invoices from previous periods.
