PDF Generator

PDF documents have the advantage that their contents cannot be altered. HTML forms, on the other hand, have the advantage that they can have an intelligent and dynamic setup. Formdesk’s PDF generator combines the advantages of HTML forms and PDF documents.

This add-on lets you create PDF documents that can be sent as attachments to the following email messages:

the email notification that is sent to you
the automatic reply message sent to your respondents
the group email message sent to your respondents
the workflow message

You can use merge codes to include a copy of the completed form within the PDF document.

In combination with the secure data transfer feature, it is possible to secure the PDF document with a password.

The Webhooks feature can also make use of the PDF generator. For example, it can be used to send the completed form within a PDF document to a different system.
