Trial subscription

About the Trial account

With a trial account you can try Formdesk for free for 90 days. You can also try out the optional modules, to a limited extent. With a trial account you can receive 25 completed forms per calendar month. If you are satisfied with Formdesk you can take out a subscription. This is completely without obligation.

As soon as your trial account reaches one of the limits, your forms will be temporarily unavailable until you upgrade your account to a subscription. You will not be automatically billed. When a limit is about to be reached, you will receive an email warning.

Usage Limits

Submissions per month

The number of times your forms are completed and submitted within a calendar month. Each time someone clicks the submit button, the number of responses for that month increases by one.

Stored results

The number of completed forms that are saved within your account. You can delete these yourself or set a retention period. If desired, you can increase this limit with additional storage space for €200 per 1,000 forms per year.

Requests per month

The number of times your forms are requested within a calendar month. This also includes:

• Viewing published statistics (if enabled)
• Consulting published result entries (if enabled)

File storage

The space occupied by files, expressed in megabytes (MB). This also applies to files uploaded by respondents via your forms.
