Business subscriptions
You purchase the subscription online and can choose to pay online or by invoice.
The subscription is activated immediately after completing the online process.
You will receive the invoice by e-mail.

Payment
Invoices must be paid in accordance with the payment conditions stated on the invoice. In the absence of specific conditions, the invoice must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
If you pay online but the collection fails, you will be given the opportunity to pay the invoice within 7 days. Payment will be made without deduction, compensation or suspension for any reason whatsoever.
You are automatically in default by the expiry of the payment term, without further notice or notice of default.
In the event of extrajudicial collection or attempted collection, you are liable for collection costs in addition to the principal amount, which amount to 15% of the outstanding principal amount, with a minimum of € 132 (excluding VAT).
The obligation to pay these costs already follows from the mere fact of a notice by a third-party collector.
Advertisement
Advertisement on any invoice must be submitted in writing, with a motivation, within 14 days after the invoice date, failing which the right to complain lapses.
Term and termination
Business subscriptions
The subscription is entered into for a period of one year and is automatically renewed for one year.
Termination of the subscription occurs
• at the end of each subscription year by written cancellation with due observance of a notice period of 30 days or;
• at any time by upgrading to a higher or more extensive subscription (see upgrading).
After termination by cancellation, you still have access to your account for 30 days and the opportunity to secure data or take out a new subscription. After these 30 days, your account and all information will be deleted.

You can renew your subscription for a period of one year starting one month before the subscription expires. You will receive a reminder by email 30, 7, and 3 days before your subscription expires.
If you do not renew your subscription in time, your forms will no longer be available.
After your subscription expires, you will have access to your account for 30 days and the opportunity to secure your data or take out a new subscription. After these 30 days, your account and all information will be deleted.
Trial subscription
The subscription is entered into for a period of 3 months.
Termination of the subscription occurs
• automatically after 3 months or;
• at any time by upgrading to a higher subscription (see upgrading).
You will receive a reminder by email 30, 7, and 3 days before your subscription expires.
If you do not upgrade your subscription in time, your forms will no longer be available.
After the subscription period, you will have 30 days access to your account and the opportunity to secure your data or take out a paid subscription. After these 30 days, your account and all information will be deleted.
Upgrade
You can upgrade your subscription at any time from your account if
• the use of your forms increases to such an extent that one of the limits associated with your subscription is no longer sufficient or;
• you wish to expand the options associated with your subscription.
Upgrading at any time from your account is not possible if
• your current subscription is the largest subscription offered via the website;
• your current subscription differs from the subscriptions offered via the website.
In these cases, you can contact us to agree on a different subscription.
If you upgrade from your account, your current subscription will be converted to the new subscription immediately after completing the online process. The subscription fee for the remaining period of your current subscription will be deducted from the invoice for the new subscription.

Rate adjustment
The rates can be indexed annually based on the CBS consumer price index for all households. After this, a rate increase of up to 10% can be implemented.
Rate and/or limit changes will only be implemented at the end of a subscription year and will be communicated no later than one month before your subscription expires.
All amounts stated on the website as well as the amounts in future offers are exclusive of VAT.
