DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

A deposit, or full payment must accompany this reservation in order to confirm your cabin. Full payment is due dates specified at cruise description. If you are paying by credit card, your card will be charged on the days specified. If you are paying by cheque, please make sure it is sent before the due date or your reservation may be cancelled without notice.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER FEES per person

If you cancel a trip after making a booking you will lose some or all of the money you have paid for the trip.
A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation.
If you cancel a trip: 90 days or more prior to departure, we will retain the deposit;
between 45 and 89 days prior to departure, we will retain the deposit or 50% of the total booking cost;
whichever is greater, and less than 45 days prior to departure,
we will retain 100% paid by you in connection with the booking.

Any change to an existing reservation requires full cancellation and rebooking and will be subject to full cancellation fees. The cost of any changes or additions after departure will be at the local rate at the time of the amendment and must be borne by the passenger. Please note that any changes to your flights must be dealt with the airline and varies from carrier to carrier.
