DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE PER PERSON

Option 1: Standard Deposits & Final Payment:
25% Deposit Due at Booking if more than 181 days prior to departure.
25% Second Deposit Due 180 days prior to departure
Balance Due at 90 day prior to departure

Option 2: Monthly Payment Plan:
$200 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
Equal monthly installment payments due until 60 days prior to departure (Monthly payments are due on the 1st day of each month)

* Please note that Happy Travel charges a $50 USD fee per passenger on any cancellation made.

Traveller substitutions are permitted at a charge of $150 USD, plus any charges imposed by outside suppliers including but not limited to air carriers. You MUST notify Happy Gay Travel in writing or by phone. Please note that any changes to your flights must be dealt with the airline and varies from carrier to carrier.
