Instructions for Uploading of Reference Letter

A letter of reference for Euroculture should contain the following formal criteria:

- A stamp of the institution (digitally or physically) whenever available.
- Your signature (digitally or physically)
- A clear statement on your institutional affiliation (Your position/department/organizational unit)
- Basic contact information (email and/or office location)
- A text describing the qualities of the student. A customary length for this letter is approximately 1 page, although this is not a strict requirement.

Before Submission - Be Advised!

Once this form is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission. In addition, the applicant will receive an email notification that the letter was submitted, and by whom. However, they will not receive a copy of the letter from us.
